How it works
Two things, and that is all: we build the site once, then we look after it every month.

Design and launch
We sit down, look at your trade and your customers, write the words, take or retouch the photos, build the site and put it online. You approve it before it goes anywhere.
Every month
Hosting and maintenance
Hosting, domain name, security certificate, backups, monitoring, and your changes made by us. No ticket limit: you write, we change it.
And the price?
It depends on how many pages and how much has to be written or photographed. We give you a clear number before we start, and the monthly figure does not move afterwards.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain name is in your name. If one day you go elsewhere, we hand you the site and the domain, no argument.
The questions that come up
Can I edit the site myself?
No, and that is deliberate. The site is hosted on our side and the code stays with us: no admin panel to learn, no password to lose, nothing to break on a Friday night. You write to us with what changed — a line of text, a photo, a price, your hours — and we do it, often the same day. That is exactly what the monthly plan pays for.
How long until it is live?
From a template, two to three weeks once we have your words and your photos. A site designed from scratch takes longer — we tell you that up front.
I already have a site. Will you take it over?
Often, yes. We look at what is there, at what is worth keeping, and we tell you honestly if starting fresh would serve you better.
What if I stop the plan?
The site is yours and the domain is in your name. We hand you the complete code and move the hosting wherever you want, no argument. You only lose the maintenance on our side.
Do you only work in Lac-Saint-Jean?
No. We are based in Québec and we work across the province. Most of it happens by phone and email anyway.
